Meredith TerHaar-Schrotenboer
Meredith TerHaar is an award winning journalist, speaker and storyteller. Her passion for the Enneagram came from the transformation she experienced in her own life as a newsroom leader, wife, and mom.
In addition to facilitating workshops and coaching, Meredith is the morning anchor for the ABC affiliate in Grand Rapids, Michigan where she amplifies voices in the community to bring about meaningful change.
Meredith's articles about the Enneagram have appeared in the Enneagram Magazine and West Michigan Woman. She and Joe have been featured guests on several podcasts discussing topics like the Enneagram in the Workplace, the Enneagram and Parenting and the Enneagram and Communication styles.

Joe Graham
Joe lives in Holland, MI with his wife Tiffany and their two children. He is convinced that Michigan is Awesome and that in his lifetime the Detroit Lions will win the Super Bowl. In his free time, he enjoys reading and being active outside with his kids. The ideal day for Joe begins before sunrise with a good book and strong coffee, followed by a trip to the beach with a surfboard (yes--you can surf on the Great Lakes). In his mind, life doesn’t get much better than ending the day sharing a meal with his family, friends, and a good brew.
Joe began his leadership career with Young Life and has spent time serving a variety of non-profit organizations. He has taught as an adjunct professor with Hope College’s Center for Leadership and Western Theological Seminary. Along with coaching and consulting, Joe currently leads as the Director of People and Culture with Resthaven, a Senior Living healthcare provider in West Michigan.
