Our Offerings
Workshops
The Enneagram is an incredibly effective tool to understand and improve team communication and dynamics. We offer 90-minute, 2-hour and 3-hour workshops based on your team’s objectives. Our workshops give a robust introduction to the tool and the nine personality types. Team members will grow in self-awareness and understanding of their teammates.
Group Coaching
This 3-5 session program is designed to help participants discover their type and identify strengths, weaknesses and communication styles together. Coaching sessions will include an introduction to the Enneagram tool and the nine personality types. Includes reflection exercises to be completed between sessions and reviewed together. Ideal for teams and groups.
Individual Coaching
The Enneagram helps individuals grow in self awareness which benefits every sphere of life: work, home, personal, professional. Individual Enneagram coaching will help participants clarify type and identify strengths and weaknesses. Through encouragement and accountability the coach will lead the individual on a path of transformation.
Enneagram & Cocktails
Enneagram + Cocktails is an interactive happy hour to celebrate your team and help them grow. This event includes teaching about the 9-type personality tool and includes handcrafted cocktails from Living Lark's Kate Bolt. Each cocktail is designed to embrace the spirit and energy of a particular Enneagram Type. Ideal for off-sites, holiday parties, and team building events.
